His career spans more than two decades, hundreds of property "flips", new home construction, antique home restoration, and dozens upon dozens of beautifully designed rooms.

 

Being connected to the design world is one thing, but Richard lives it day in and day out. He's always considered himself an artist, and interior design came easy and came early. Richard purchased his first piece of real estate at age 21 and has never looked back. His design philosophy is simple... to maintain the original design sense of a home while updating with modem materials and floor plans for today's demanding lifestyles.

 

Always with an eye on re-using materials or repurposing furniture, staying green is a priority. Richard appreciates the history of design, not to mention the quality workmanship and gorgeous wood patina's of aged furniture. Tying everything together is the trick- and Richard uses his keen sense of style to blend antiques, traditional and modem furniture with contemporary art into rooms and residences into which we all want to live.
